According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the Protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision Administration of the Russian Federation on the Sanitary and Phytosanitary Requirements for the Export of Russian Beet Meal to China, and the Protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision Administration of the Russian Federation on the Sanitary and Phytosanitary Requirements for the Export of Russian Soybean Meal (Cake), Rapeseed Meal (Cake), and Sunflower Seed Meal (Cake) to China It is stipulated that Russian beet meal, soybean meal (cake), rapeseed meal (cake) and sunflower seed meal (cake) that meet relevant requirements are allowed to be imported from the date of this announcement. The specific inspection and quarantine requirements are hereby announced (see the annex).
CPI rose 3.8% in October
